Terms of use

Rules for using the Taleon Invest web platform. This page is informational and does not replace an individual contract or legal advice.

Edition for web platform stage 1.

1. General

The platform provides an investor cabinet to track balances, savings programs, deposit/withdrawal requests, and support tickets.

By registering and signing in, the user confirms they have read these terms and accept them to the extent applicable to the current service stage.

2. Accounts and programs

Clients get a main account and savings programs (deposit, pension, custodial/child — as configured). Transfers follow platform rules and appear in the operations history.

3. Identity verification (KYC)

Until KYC is approved, balance-changing operations and payout/deposit initiation may be restricted. Users must submit accurate data and documents. KYC decisions are made by authorized staff.

4. Yield and accruals

Stated yields are indicative. Actual accruals depend on program terms, placement period, and platform rules. Site calculators are estimates, not a guarantee of results.

5. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits use platform-issued addresses/QR. Withdrawals are created by the client and processed after checks (including KYC and password re-entry for critical actions), possibly with manager approval. Settlement times depend on the payment provider and network.

6. Early termination of a placement

Funds in savings programs are locked for the chosen term. Early withdrawal before maturity is possible only on special terms:

  • Child (custodial) portfolio: no early-withdrawal penalty fee. The principal (original placement body) is returned without accrued interest.
  • All other programs (investments, pension, and similar term placements): early withdrawal forfeits accrued interest and applies a 20% penalty on the deposit principal.
  • Before early withdrawal, the client confirms in the UI that they are interrupting the placement and have read the terms and the 20% penalty (where applicable).
  • An early-exit warning is also shown when placing (opening) a deposit.

7. Security and devices

Access is protected by the account password. A new or untrusted device also requires the cloud password. Cloud-password reset is only via support, not email. Users must keep secrets private and end sessions on shared devices.

8. Risks

Investing involves market, operational, technology, and regulatory risks. The platform does not guarantee capital preservation or fixed returns in all scenarios. Users assess risk suitability themselves.

9. Force majeure

Parties are released from liability for full or partial non-performance caused by force majeure that could not reasonably be foreseen or prevented, including:

  • natural disasters: floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, fires, epidemics, and similar events;
  • war, armed conflict, terrorism, mass unrest, blockades;
  • government acts, embargoes, sanctions, outages of communications or payment infrastructure;
  • failures of critical providers (power, internet, data centers, payment and blockchain networks);
  • cyberattacks and third-party interference, provided the platform took reasonable protective measures;
  • other extraordinary events beyond the parties’ reasonable control.

10. Limitation of liability

The platform is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, user actions (sharing passwords, phishing, wrong withdrawal addresses), delays of external networks/providers, or indirect damages to the extent allowed by applicable law.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. The current version is published on this page. Material changes affecting access to funds will, where possible, be announced in the cabinet or by email.

12. Contact

For cabinet issues, security, and cloud-password recovery, use Support in the personal cabinet. Responses follow the platform’s operating schedule.
