1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is Taleon Invest (the “Platform”). By using the service you agree to processing as needed to operate the cabinet and related features.

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use the service, we may process:

• identity and contact data: name, email, phone (if provided);
• account data: hashed password, cloud password/hint, email and KYC verification status;
• KYC documents and materials you upload;
• operations data: balances, transfers, placements, deposit/withdrawal requests, support tickets;
• technical device and session data: IP address, user-agent, device fingerprint, language and timezone — for sign-in security.

3. Purposes

Data is used to:

• register, authenticate and maintain sessions;
• run accounts, savings programs, operation history and requests;
• perform KYC and prevent fraud;
• answer support requests and enforce security requirements.

4. Legal bases

Processing is based on your consent (including at registration), performance of the service agreement/terms, and the Platform’s legitimate interests in security and abuse prevention — to the extent allowed by applicable law.

5. Sharing with third parties

Data may be shared with payment and infrastructure providers (hosting, email, acquiring/crypto gateways) strictly as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data. Disclosure to competent authorities occurs only where legally required.

6. Retention

Data is kept while the account is active and as long as needed for obligations, disputes, accounting and compliance. After account deletion/blocking, limited copies may remain in backups and logs for the security retention period.

7. Security

We apply organisational and technical measures: password hashing, access control, logging of critical actions, session protection (including cloud password on new devices). Absolute security does not exist; users must keep secrets confidential.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis — via Support in the cabinet. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing and may limit access to features.

9. Cookies and local storage

The site may use cookies and browser local storage for session, UI language and device id. Disabling them may break sign-in and the cabinet.

10. Policy changes

The current edition is published on this page. Material changes will, where possible, be announced in the cabinet or by email.
